Not on the detox, but trying to eat well.

Breakfast: banana and decaf coffee

Snack: none

Lunch: pasta/veggie/salmon with lemon vinaigrette; cherries; apple

Snack: 6 tortilla chips with salsa, popsicle

Dinner: salad with steak; one slice bread and butter
