I am tired of feeling so tired. I am determined to get back to FULL health.
Breakfast: green tea
Lunch: Avocado & eggs
Snack: almonds, apple
Dinner: Broccoli with ginger orange beef, brown rice
Dessert: one ounce dark chocolate
Exercise: none
Feeling: Horrible! Fatigued, sluggish...
