Day Three

Breakfast: mango

Snack: lentil salad

Lunch: apple, almonds, carrots and hummus

Snack: lentil salad, banana

Dinner: quinoa pasta with tomato sauce, carrots and hummus

Dessert: one ounce dark chocolate

Exercise: Walk to Alki Elem, then the field trip - perhaps 3 miles
